Voting Rights

Indigenous peoples were excluded in the 14th and 15th amendment which granted citizenship and voting rights.

Even after the Synder Act, restrictions are still making it difficult for tribal communities to vote.

Some voting sites do not accept tribal ID's as a valid form of identification.
